Wow…we’ve almost reached the finish line for the 2nd time; wait…can that be true?

Previous real estate transaction:

We listed our current townhome with Logan Realty based on our previous experience with Derek Francois and team. It was really a no-brainer why we chose them again since our first encounter was absolutely mind-boggling and overwhelming but also amazing and of course, quite somber at times. I say that because we inherited my mother’s Delray beach home via a Trust after her passing. I had very limited knowledge about real estate buying or selling and can truly say, Derek and team had been a Godsend to us.

My wife and I worked tirelessly around the clock for weeks on end (also working full time jobs) and handling most of the physical work (gutting, cleaning prepping, painting, etc…) and coordinating tasks we farmed out to the pro’s while Derek assisted us with “everything required” to sell and then some (and then some more)

These were very difficult times for my wife and I both mentally and physically and attempting to keep things on track proved overwhelming at times. Derek was helpful in so, so many ways and was well organized and provided consistent clear and excellent communication on next steps. We could not have completed the process without his assistance, and we thank you again.

Current real estate transaction:

We close on our Townhouse and our new Condo in less than a month… (granted no unforeseen issues) Woo hoo! Or is that Wahoo…?

A few things I truly admire about my brother Derek (not biological) but doesn’t really matter to me … is his honesty and integrity, and his can do…get it done attitude. Regardless of the tasks at hand, he’s ALWAYS willing to assist to help us get to the finish line. We are in the final stages of downsizing and preparing for our retirement and Soooo glad we were able to have Derek and team help lead the way.
